I receive alot of comments on my cat crew; Emily, Mim and Kai, who man the upper two floors of the building while Ripley, the Chow watches the store. Becca's Workshop has a commitment to helping animals and to animal welfare. I love hearing about your critters and receiving pictures for the webpage. Hopefully soon we can add a photo gallery.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, checks and money orders. ( We can invoice thru PayPal for check payments.)
Shipping and handling charges generally run between $8.50 and $10.50 for a 1-3 pound package in the U.S. Larger packages or special deliveries will be more. We are trying to ship more through the US Mail to save you on shipping charges. We can ship FedEx Ground which takes 3-4 business days. Next day, Second Day, Three Day Select and Saturday delivery is also available for an additional charge. We will ship your order the same day if received before 3pm Central Time. We can ship to a post office box, a military address, or internationally via the postal service. We also offer international FedEx shipping. Shipping and handling to FPOs and APOs is generally $8.50.
Giftwrapping is available for a $4 charge per package and gift cards included at a charge of $1.50. We have cards for special occasions.
Returns may be made with prior authorization. All claims must be received within 10 days of receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers may ship the return back at their own expense. A $4 restocking fee may apply to some items. Sales of Steiff Bears & Animals, and certain Artists Bears are non-refundable unless the item is defective. Credits will be issued within two billing cycles on returns. Customs and duty charges on international orders are non-refundable. Items returned must have original tags attached and returned with original packaging. Sales on large special orders are final.

Becca's Workshop is not just an online store, we are a retail store located in downtown Berlin, Wisconsin since 1993. We are open to the public Monday through Friday, 10-4, and often answer the phones during non-business hours. To insure we are open at a particular time, please feel free to call ahead on our toll free number, as ocassionally I do get tied ip in the endless remodel project on the weekends. We can accomodate appointments. Our normal business hours for phone orders are 10 am - 6 pm Central Time.Feel free to call during off hours.

We make every attempt to keep what is currently available updated, although we do not usually keep large quantities of any one item in stock. The green "immediate delivery" button indicates those items in stock, the lack of a button means that either the item is on order, or we are currently out of stock. But it is a big page and sometimes things are not up to date, so feel free to call and inquire, we are very familiar with our critters. We are happy to check on large quantity orders for corporate purchases, in some cases volume discounts may apply and drop shipment is available on some items.
