A Collection of Stuffed Prairie Dogs

Prairie dogs are relatives of ground squirrels. They are North American natives, living in prairie regions. They live in communities, much like towns, built underground which may extend for miles. They have many predators including coyotes, snakes and hawks. Prairie dogs feed mainly on grass, and occasionally on eggs. They are highly territorial. More prairie dog facts below.
